Common questions

I subscribed to Chewie Plus but my perks aren't showing up.

Try tapping Restore Purchases in the app's settings. If that doesn't work, sign out and back in to your Apple ID and try again, or email me with your purchase receipt.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings β†’ tap your name at the top β†’ Subscriptions β†’ Chewie Plus β†’ Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal but you keep your perks until the current period ends.

I lost my progress on a new device.

Game Center stores your best score and leaderboard entry β€” signing in to Game Center on the new device will restore your leaderboard standing. However, your in-app stats, unlocked skins, accessories, and streak progress are saved locally on each device and don't currently sync across devices. Cloud save support is on the roadmap for a future update. In-app purchases restore via the Restore Purchases button.
