Welcome to Chewie: Chow Time! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chewie: Chow Time game ("the Game") published by Chewie Games ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't play the Game.
Chewie: Chow Time is a free-to-play mobile game for iOS. The Game is provided as-is, for personal entertainment use only. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not:
We may report cheating or abusive behavior to Apple Game Center, which may result in removal of leaderboard entries or other action by Apple.
The Game offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Chewie Plus for the price displayed on the in-app purchase screen (currently 19 SEK / 1.99 USD per month, subject to change and to local App Store pricing). The subscription unlocks:

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
A "Restore Purchases" button is available in the Game's settings to re-sync purchases on a new device or after reinstalling the Game.
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, your Game Center display name, alias, score, and the skin/cosmetic you used are visible to other players on the leaderboard. Be aware that the name you have set in Game Center will be visible publicly. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in iOS Settings.
We reserve the right to ask Apple to remove leaderboard entries that appear to be the result of cheating, exploits, or offensive display names.
The Game offers optional rewarded video ads (served by Google AdMob) that you can watch in exchange for a gameplay revive. Watching ads is always optional. Ads are not served outside of the explicit "Watch Ad to Revive" flow. See the Privacy Policy for what AdMob collects.
All artwork, characters (including Chewie, Omka, Mimmi etc.), code, sounds, music, and the Game itself are owned by Chewie Games or its licensors. You may capture and share gameplay screenshots and short videos for personal, non-commercial purposes (we love seeing them!), but you may not redistribute the Game or its assets.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chewie Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under Swedish or EU law.
You can stop playing and delete the Game at any time. We may stop offering the Game or suspend access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the same URL with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
